The bike finished...
The wiring is finished,exhausts and seat fitted,just need to bleed brakes add oil and connect the battery.
The frame has been sprayed gloss black and the fender/oil tank and gas tank have been sprayed gloss black with a subtle silver metalflake finish.
I have started final assembly and wiring on the Old School Bobber.
I have used the billet forward controls we sell but changed the standard footpegs to BMX style bear claw foot pegs.
For the wiring harness I have used a billet wiring harness from pro-one which are one of the best & easiest wiring harness on the market.
I have used ritz risers which are hollow and allow the wiring to pass right through them. These risers are available from Jones Customs Cycles.
Rear fender & fender strut are now fitted and the seat is in position.
I have used narrow glide apehangers as the width matches the bottom yoke perfectly.
We've now added the handlebars and risers to the bobber.
Custom rigid frame with engine and gearbox in.

Front brake rotor but with a jaybrake 6 piston caliper.
The front forks & billet triple trees are chrome custom replacements for 39mm sportsters.
